We do not rent to persons under the age of 25 No Smoking No Pets Occupancy limited to 10 people No parties, gatherings, or reunions No noise after 10 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Check-In at 3:00 p.m. Check-Out at 11:00 a.m.
Deposit Policy:
Reservation Deposit of $250 per week is due
within 7 days of receiving rental agreement. Without deposit it is not considered a valid confirmation
and the reservation can be turned over to a new party.
Reservation Deposit turns into your refundable
Damage Deposit upon check-in.Payment of ½ of the balance is due 60 days prior
to the first day of rental.
Last Payment of remaining balance is due 30 days
prior of the first day of rental.
Damage Deposit is return, following inspection
of the premises following your departure. Damage beyond “normal wear &
tear”, or excessive clean-up is required, damages will be itemized and
deducted from the damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of needing to cancel your reservation, the
following will apply:
Cancel your reservation
up to 60 days prior to your arrival for a full refund of the reservation deposit.
Cancel after 60 days
prior you will not receive a refund unless the owner is able to re-book the
property for the same time period at the same rate. We will do our best to
re-book the dates.
